Auf der Composite-Messe JEC in Paris zeigt die BASF unter anderem ein faserverstärktes Bauteil aus dem Polyurethanharz Elastocoat® C6226-100, entwickelt mit dem Partner Fiberline Composites AS. Darüber hinaus veranschaulicht ein Technologiedemonstrator eines Mountainbike-Lenkers, dass komplexe Hohlbauteile in automatisierter Großserie zu wettbewerbsfähigen Kosten gefertigt werden können.

At the JEC World Composites Show BASF is presenting, among other things, a fiber-reinforced component made from Elastocoat® C6226-100 polyurethane resin which was developed together with Fiberline Composites A/S in Denmark. Furthermore a technology demonstrator for mountain bike handlebars illustrates how complex hollow components in automated high-volume series can be produced at competitive costs.
